How to request deletion

Sign in, go to your profile page, and use the “Delete account” button in the Danger zone at the bottom. It takes effect immediately — no waiting period.

Can't sign in? Email us at coffeestops@almaslabs.no from the address registered on your account, and include your username. We process these requests manually, normally within 30 days.

What happens to your data

Deleted completely

Your login credentials and profile — username, display name, and avatar — along with any ratings you gave and reports you filed. Deleting your ratings changes the average score shown on the stops you rated.

Kept, but anonymized

Coffee stops and photos you submitted stay visible on the map — deleting your account removes the link between that content and your identity, but doesn't take the content down. If you want a specific stop taken down entirely, email us and we'll review it separately.
